Rental Policy
By renting from Evers Rental, you agree to abide by our policies. All rentals require a reservation and a deposit to secure your items. Rentals are subject to availability and must be returned in the condition received to avoid additional charges. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients.
Cancellation Policy
Non refundable deposit. In extreme circumstances, such as natural disasters or public emergencies, we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis. We understand plans change and strive to accommodate our customers while ensuring that our inventory is protected. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Liability and Damages
Clients are responsible for all rented items from the time we deliver and set up until they are returned. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the client will incur applicable replacement costs. We recommend careful handling of all equipment. Please report any damages immediately following the rental period. Evers Rental aims to provide high-quality products, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our standards.
